“The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to make and reheat meals, and the bed was comfortable and could be separated from the living area by a sliding door. We also liked the artistic decor!”

“Exceptionably decorated and lovely, first floor apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with basic foodstuffs. Bathroom location was a bit awkward forget un-related parties (food off each bedroom) but it worked, and I loved the heated floor. Lovely patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. Communication was excellent! ”

“Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price.”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……
