Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. “Leon's house worked out great for us. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. We did not do anything but sleep there so I cannot speak to any shopping or restaurants nearby. It was good for what we needed. It was clean and Leon was quick to reply if I had questions.”

“The host and actual apartment are great - clean, nice bathroom, the host was so friendly and left amazing treats, including a surprise for breakfast. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... ”
