“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

“This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. ”

“We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building. There were wireless phone chargers and smart watch chargers on each floor which was convenient.The bathroom was very tiny, but again in keeping with the age of the building.The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance.A thoughtful……

“This was a great place to spend a few nights in Swarthmore. It's located right next to the coffee shop and the Co-op, so it's easy to grab some food and cook simple meals in the little kitchen. The apartment has everything you need, and the dedicated parking space was so handy! It's a stone's throw from campus and the train line too. I would stay here again if I were in town.”

“We felt at home at The Carriage House, and highly recommend this suite for your stay in Kennett Square PA. It was the perfect location, the unit was very clean, and the hosts are great at communication. We spent our Anniversary weekend here and it was fantastic to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. “The Loft was great to downtown Kennett Square. Very clean, owner had coffee and suugars available to use. Blow dryer, soaps, shampoo, ect. Steep stairs into the loft, bit of a challenge with luggage. ”
