“Excellent location right in the heart of town”

“I was very pleased with the property location. It was close to my family that I was visiting and walking distance to many restaurants. The property description was accurate and the accommodations were comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is there were multiple bulbs burned out in the light fixtures, some stains on the couch, and because I was not given all the correct codes to access the property in my check in instructions (there are 2 and I was only given 1). Seems like……

“Over all it is a nice small place. We stayed a couple of night. Had everything we needed. Only complain is it was a little dusty, especially under the bed. Other than that it was all pretty good. ”

“I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... ”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

The location is very convenient and everything has been thought out - easy parking, clear instructions in the home, all the comforts you need - coffee, tea, toiletries.
