“Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price.”

“We were visiting our daughter at school and getting her moved out for the summer. We were looking for a place we could relax in, cook our meals, be near Swat, and be able to jump out to Philly as well as visit family in the area. Russ’s property was ideal. We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

“The Loft was great to downtown Kennett Square. Very clean, owner had coffee and suugars available to use. Blow dryer, soaps, shampoo, ect. Steep stairs into the loft, bit of a challenge with luggage. ”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was……

“Excellent location in downtown Kennett Square. Parking spot directly behind building and ice cream parlor directly in front, across the street. Lots of little touches we didn’t expect, like snacks and an “in case you left home without” basket. Host was responsive and apartment was very clean. Its small, but we fit 6 people. Just wish the floors were not so creaky. Would certainly stay again if ever returning to Kennett Square!”
