“We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building. There were wireless phone chargers and smart watch chargers on each floor which was convenient.The bathroom was very tiny, but again in keeping with the age of the building.The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance.A thoughtful……

“Tucked away but close to everything that is Historic New Castle. A perfect little stop if you are touring this part of our country. Food, shops, historic buildings all within a few blocks. Protestant and Catholic Churches just a few blocks walk if you are staying over Sunday. Try The Mercury Cafe & Teahouse. Cozy and great food/coffee/tea. “I was in town with my teenage daughter for a lacrosse tournament. All the hotels were booked, so we thought this would be a good option. IT WAS NOT. First of all, the blue room really only sleeps 1 comfortably. The bed is a double, not a queen. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, basically metal springs with some padding over it. “Communication with Andrea was excellent, she’d reply to any questions I had in less than 24 hours, and she is very hospitable! The property was as described except there is only one bathroom rather than two.
