“We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building. “The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. “Amazing location! Lots to do, busy streets! The biggest problem was finding parking, be ready to walk or pay 30-40 for overnight parking. We got lucky a couple of times finding street parking close to our stay. Our host was prompt communicating with issues, toilet wasn’t working when we first got there but was fixed promptly. “I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall.
