“We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building. There were wireless phone chargers and smart watch chargers on each floor which was convenient.The bathroom was very tiny, but again in keeping with the age of the building.The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance.A thoughtful……

“Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. The worst part was the owner later emailing asking how we were enjoying the apartment, i believe this was done for……

“This place was just what we were hoping for. Peaceful surroundings, close enough to Kennett Square and Longwood Gardens. We also appreciated the art that was around and it's meaningfulness that was conveyed.”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

“We had a very nice stay at the farmhouse, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for property. We were in town for a fishing tournament with our truck/boat and there was plenty of room for parking as well. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is a great place!”
