“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

“We stayed for a night ahead of a local festival. While my husband and I had travel issues and got in super late, my in-laws really enjoyed the property. Very clean and convenient to everything. We will stay again. Thank you!”

“The Loft was great to downtown Kennett Square. Very clean, owner had coffee and suugars available to use. Blow dryer, soaps, shampoo, ect. Steep stairs into the loft, bit of a challenge with luggage. ”

“This property is lovely, lavender and flowers are beautiful and well cared for, quiet, perfect for a relaxing time while visiting family close by. Kate Miller was so welcoming and her eye for decorating is wonderful, down to the smallest detail. The farm is beautiful and the birds fly from tree to barn to ground to feed. Zoe the corgi puppy loves to visit in the morning. Thank you Kate and Chris for a relaxing place to put our feet up and think, contemplate, relax. ”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was……

“This apartment is beautiful and relaxing. The pictures online are spot on, and it was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The only downside, which others have mentioned, is the noise from the road out-front is very loud so I could see that bothering some people trying to sleep. We sleep with a TV on at home so the tv drowned out the noise of the traffic. I would definitely stay here again and have……
