“This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.”

“The only thing that I was not clear on was that the 2 bedrooms are up some pretty steep stairs. This home is a well renovated historic home so it wasn't a surprise. It was not a problem for us but we are older and you just need to know it. We were there for a family event and didn't take advantage of being downtown, the kitchen or the courtyard. It was very nice, comfortable and the garage was a plus. We would stay there again. ”

“Beautiful quaint colonial house. It was such a cool experience, but no worries it has modern amenities. The host is very nice and has great communication. The back yard was amazing and great for the kids to run around. The back patio was beautiful and we grilled hot dogs, and made smores over the firepit. This was such an amazing experience for the family. Thank you so much to the host. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 ”

“We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend”
