“Lots of room to spread out in the condo with split bedroom plan with personal baths, great deck for relaxing, firepit helped us stay warm during the cool evenings, grill was great and used the outdoor pizza oven too! Only negative comment I have is that I had to touch up/clean the kitchen a bit. Location gave us great access to Anchorage and to the peninsula for exploring to the south. ”

“Loved staying here for a little birthday weekend getaway with girlfriends. Love that it’s dog friendly and has dog bowls and treats. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could need (kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, games and movies, extra outdoor bug spray and bear spray, etc.) check in and out was super easy and the location is centrally located near the merc and restaurants. ”

“My stay was nearly 7 weeks to visit my son and his wife and my daughter and 6 grandchildren. The condo was a first floor comfortable space just right for this 75 year old. The kitchen was well supplied and the sofas were very comfortable. Gary and Laura were very attentive and quick to respond to my few requests. The neighborhood was quiet I would recommend having a car. I did not but the Lyft averaged about $15 to most anywhere in Anchorage. Cheney Lake was an added bonus and great for a……

“Apartment is very nice. Smells good, clean, nice comfy furniture and beds. Appliances are very nice and kitchen is well stocked with all cooking needs. Only complaint is I couldnt find any extra blankets.”

“The Host was very accommodating & easy to work with. Condo is in a good neighborhood and is close to service. I was able to conduct business from my location as well as work within with all amenities (table, chairs, internet, tv , & comfort)”

“The condo is beat up. There are broken window parts, water stains in ceiling, stale air and some mold growing along the window sills. That said, the place was quiet, mostly clean, beds were clean and comfy and you don’t rent a place like this to be in it a lot. You should be outside most of the day. This is just a crash pad. Lots of games available for all ages. Great layout!”
