“One of our favorite hotels for our trip in Italy. Right next to the ferry station, which it's super convenient for touring Lake Como, especially it's one of the bigger stations for more frequent schedules due to where the Villa del Balbianello is located. However, unlike other popular towns, the area itself is small and quite after the Villa closes at 5 PM. The hotel restaurant is super good, and it was one of our best meals in Italy. The only thing we think it can be improved is the hotel……

“What a AMAZING view! This is not a “fancy” room, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities (like a pool or gym) that many other restaurants have. But this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Amazing view, great food and service with decent prices. The breakfast was 5 star. Same amazing view with a huge selection of great food, juices and coffee drinks! Did I mention the view? No……

“The rooms are beautiful in this hotel, plus the rooftop restaurant/bar offers great views of Como and the Lake when the weather cooperates! All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!”

“Super cute rooms and the vibe and decor is amazing. Rooms are cozy and nice beds. Definitely a smaller hotel and you can hear the noise outside but the location is so perfect. No onsite staff 24 hours if that’s something you need. ”
