“Lots of stairs to walk down the cabin, needs lighting. It was super dark and very unsafe for us at night. Super deep. There were lot of ants and bugs walking around the place. Please be aware of security cameras looking at you, no privacy. With was one of the reasons that I booked this one. Breakfast was late and very simple. No parking lot. Other than that is ok.”

“We stayed here for two nights during our stay in San Juan Del Sur, and we loved the property and the staff working at the bed-and-breakfast were amazing. They were very accommodating and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The pool was also great and a really relaxing time to lay out and catch some sun. The only problem is that it was located on top of a very steep hill so I would recommend to rent a car if you can.”

“We just stayed 10 nights in this hotel and it was great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating regardless of the language barrier. It was quiet..well kept..and i felt no issues with security at all. the pool was basically always clean given thatvthe wind is always blowing and leaves do blow in regularly. I did take the time to clean out leaves as needed but that just kept me busy..lol. I would on one hand make a couole small recommendations however. Perhaps the owners should consider……

“First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to……

“We enjoyed our stay. Overall it’s an excellent spot on the edge of town and across from the beach. The rooms need blankets as it’s hard to monitor the ac and we were cold. The hot water in the shower was not hot, just tepid. ”
