“The property is majestic, the staff capable and always ready to assist. The staff that maintain the property are so kind and amazing at their jobs. They have passion for the property and are experts at what they do. This property is unique as you get to enjoy all the amenities while looking at monkeys, lizards, birds, panthers, etc. In their natural habitat. The drive to the resort is part of the experience as you are on a road to a wonderful adventure. ”

“Bryan did a great job as my concierge. Was only at the hotel for two nights. Staff is extremely friendly and the location is safe. My only negative is I wish my room was facing the ocean, I would prefer blinds instead of the curtains they had. They are either all open or all closed no middle option. People could see right into my room. The restaurant at the resort is very nice and the food is fresh and tasty. However unfortunately there were cockroaches on the floor of the restaurant when I ate……

“The staff at Hotel Capitán Suizo was beyond outstanding. The care they impart on their guests, the grounds and their hotel is excellent. The grounds are breathtaking and as a small boutique hotel, it is a quiet refuge located at the very end of the busy Tamarindo strip. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants privacy yet access to everything and anything that touristy Tamarindo has to offer. We'll be back. ”

“The building is U shaped with the rooms overlooking the beautiful pool in the center. The room had great AC and was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly even offering to let us borrow beach chairs if needed. Breakfast each morning by the pool was fantastic. Located in the center of town made it easy to walk to restaurants, the beach or shopping. Glad I chose it! ”
