“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “I love everything about this place the beaches around the food , the fruits all taste so fresh and good I recommend 100%”

“Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family”

“We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. ”

“I had the perfect stay at Surfo house in tamarindo! I was very comfortable I even extended my stay. The areas are clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the store is conveniently located just downstairs, the beach is just 3 minutes walking distance, close to all restaurants, shops, even the bus station is right there.
