“The condo was an excellent value for our month-long stay in Tamarindo; it is a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the beach, but on a quiet back street that gets little noise day or night. The place is very secure (locked gate with guard), and the shared areas of the complex are kept in excellent maintenance: the two pools were terrific and our kids made use of them daily. “We stayed at the property from 5/27 - 6/1 for a family vacation to celebrate several college graduations, and as a hub to access the beautiful beaches in the area. The property is on the 5th floor (Penthouse Level), and has one of the most magnificient views in Tamarindo. You can watch the waves roll in all day from the balcony, and the evening thunderstorms were amazing. You can walk out the back gate, take a few steps, and you're in the sand. “We were a party of 3 women traveling together. We had done a 4 day tour first and then come here for 4 days. That was a great decision! This condo was perfect for our party of 3 adults. It was large, well furnished and appointed with everything you need! The large balcony deck is also well-furnished and a wonderful place to have your coffee. It is away from the crowds and loudness of the town of Turmimndo center which suited us well. An Uber to the center was $5. There was a wonderful Italian……

We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and the fridge having water and ice. Super convenient! Easy check in and check out. Wi-fi worked well.
