“This condo is exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful ocean view on a quiet end of the beach. With the casino close by, you have easy walking access (3 minutes) to a coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a fabulous view, a huge ocean front balcony and a super comfortable bed - you have found it!! ”

“This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! ”

“Beautiful condo, very clean, beds are comfy, has everything that you need. Lovely to sit on the patio and listen to the roar of the ocean. Steps to the beach, appreciated being in Langosta where it is much quieter, but it’s only a short drive or Uber (or a 1/2 hour stroll) to Tamarindo, and there are a few nice restaurants close by. Pool is very nice and well maintained. Security guards were very friendly and concierge was responsive. It was perfect for our family of 4, would definitely stay……

“Property was exactly as pictured, really nice for the price. Property manager responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Only thing that we didn’t know going in is it is a gated property with permanent residents and they are very strict about rules. You have to wear a wristband the whole stay and be let in and out the gate. It wasn’t a huge deal but didn’t prefer that aspect, although it could definitely be a positive for safety.”
