The property is in a quiet community, secured by a gate, and absolutely beautiful and quiet. The houses are modern and newly built, small, yet spacious, full of windows for natural light. AC was wonderful. Lots of nature around. Pool was excellent. The host was very gracious and helpful. Only 18min from downtown La Fortuna. ”

“The unit was fine, well located within the complex, great view, well stocked, and a shuttle to and from the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, it's great. But if you want to surf, snorkel, zip, tube, etc. those things are far.”

“My family and I had a great stay at Magnalia House. The house and detached pool cabana were spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Highlight is definitely the soaking pool in backyard. The area around the pool was comfortable, and beautifully landscaped, giving a feeling of complete privacy even though you are in a neighborhood. Also, the awnings allow for plenty of sun but also allow you to enjoy outside even when it’s pouring rain. And the view of Arenal from the pool is stunning. A couple……
