“Amazing”

“We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel.”

“Great hotel. Exelent location. We love how the animals and monkeys are in the hotel. Food was great. Needs more bars for drinks was good too. The spa in a 10. We will come back when reopens next year for sure.”

“Beautiful property, nice large rooms. Sofa in room could use a refresh the cushions have seen better days. Most of staff are wonderful, friendly and get you what ever you need. The buffet restaurant breakfast could be better. The Topas restaurant was the best food and nice sunset. Check in was a little cumbersome, check out was a breeze. Would stay again.”

“Liked the Property but I was entertaining 3 Friends early for one night before our weeks Condo. stay, the bathroom tub was so discusting I have a picture, The worse was the phone line did not work and we were cut off from all communication. When a neighbor heard of the problem called from her cell, they then said they were not coming that night Friday, but will be there 9am Sat. am I let them know we were checking out at 11 so do not come at 9am. We were then stuck with out communication, I……
