“We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel.”

“Great place. Loved our stay. Lock your door because monkeys will come in. Couple suggestions: 1. Music in the lobby/preferred bar to welcome you to Costa Rica and listen to at the bar. 2. The Piano Bar should have a piano player there all day taking requests and tips like your typical piano bar. 3. Scrap the silent disco. It was awkward.”

“We had received wonderful reviews from family and friends about the Westin Reserva Conchal resort in Costa Rica. We decided to spend 8 days at this resort for our honeymoon. Our first night was in a room with 2 full size beds and we had reserved a king bed. The second day, they moved us into our King room. Both were large and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. We were able to walk comfortably to the pool, food court, restaurants and the beach area. There was always access to drivers……

“Liked the Property but I was entertaining 3 Friends early for one night before our weeks Condo. stay, the bathroom tub was so discusting I have a picture, The worse was the phone line did not work and we were cut off from all communication. When a neighbor heard of the problem called from her cell, they then said they were not coming that night Friday, but will be there 9am Sat. am I let them know we were checking out at 11 so do not come at 9am. We were then stuck with out communication, I……
