Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at the RIU Guanacaste.The weather was great and the resort was very pretty.We just would like to see a few more restaurants that offered sit down dining without buffets.The food was good not exceptional.The beach was not the prettiest but we enjoyed the pools.the staff was very nice ”
