“L’accueil était parfait. 2 personnes à l’accueil dont une qui parlait de extrêmement bien le français . Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h et la piscine était fermée mais il nous a permis d’aller nous baigne quand même !!! Il nous a conseiller pour visiter Pompéi. Le restaurant est excellent !!! La seule chose est qu’il fait très chaud dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et dans l’ascenseur … ”

“Ho passato la notte del mio settimo anniversario di matrimonio, dentro la suite Smeraldo, è stato ovviamente un esperienza indimenticabile. La struttura si presenta bene, molto moderna accogliente, ma l'unico neo potrebbe essere curata un po' di più, come piccoli dettagli (rotolo carta igienica quasi finito, boccette shampoo quasi terminate) sono cose che si dovrebbero curare, per il resto staff molto disponibile, ho trovato anche spumanti o con calici petali di rose. “We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect.”

“Only 15 minute walk (with bags) from the Pompei archeological site. Great (and inexpensive) pizza place a couple of hundred metres down the road (recommended by Antonio), and a couple of hundred metres from two supermarkets. Antonio is awesome - he met us, let us in and showed us around. The apartment is lovely (and roomy). A proper shower that didn't make you feel like you were showering in a shoe box! The room has a small balcony, but more important is the fully stocked kitchen/ dining……
