Theresa made us wonderful food and was helpful with getting us a taxi. Steep numerous steps and jacuzzi didn't heat were the downsides. Overall beautiful place. ”
“Fantastic place to visit Amalfi coast. Away from the tourists Cava de' Tirreni is a real Italian town. The hotel is an old palace, our room was superb with all amenities and our host Dario went out of his way to help. One warning, a car can be expensive to park. But the train connections are very good.”
“I had a lovely stay at B&B Umberto. Annalisa was very helpful and responsive. I used the recommended contact for airport transfer from Salerno which was cheaper than local taxis and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants and the local train station on your doorstep. The room was serviced daily. I enjoyed the morning coffee and pastry on the balcony. Great value for money, highly recommended. I will be back for my next Amalfi……
“We were greeted with Rosa she was the best helped us with anything we needed! : whether it be dining options or even jus the bus routes or where to buy the tickets she was amazing and the property was awesome views vicinity to town was a short 10 min walk although wouldn’t recommend at night. Room was clean and spacious everything we needed was there. Hot tub was nice after long day looking out over the ocean and the picturesque views of the mountain side! Definitely would go back ”

“Nice property located in a busness street with lots of good restaurants around. The landlady is super friendly and makes perfect tiramisu for breakfast! We got the smaller room so the space was a bit tight. The Wi-Fi is not really working at night. Other than that it is a good place.”
“Perfect location for both train and ferry. A quick walk to the historical centre. The room was spotless with coffee/tea. Nice bathroom. Spotless. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee but at a cafe about 5 minute walk away… we grabbed ours en route to the boat each morning. ”
