“The room was good. 2 kids had to sleep on the sofa and it was a bit tight but not terrible. The television didn't work but we weren't there to watch television. Construction was going on in the room next door so during the day it was very loud. We weren't in the room all day but did come back to rest in the middle of the day and that wasn't possible with all the noise. The reception gave good information and was helpful. The breakfast had so many options and the woman attendant was fabulous……

“The staff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many……
