“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Our stay encompassed a continental breakfast, which was basic but perfectly met our needs. The staff were very polite, approachable and helpful and spoke great English. The location of Bloc G is great for exploring the city and there are plenty of dinner options around the vicinity. The room itself was huge and met all requirements, such as bed, hairdryer, soap, kettle, tea, water, TV etc; It would have been great to have a small table and sitting area somewhere in the room. The bathroom……

“We had very friendly hosts, they went the extra mile for us. The property was very tidy and very clean. Only issue was the size of the rooms bathroom. The bathroom was completely inadequate with a too small shower, the shower curtain and the height of the shower for a very short person.”

“Hotel face à la cité et a côté de son "cousin" 5 etoiles. On oeut profite du SPA du cousin sur réservation 1h, 35€, c'est cher. Un tres bon confort. Nespresso et eau offerte. Haute qualité des serviettes. Personnel d'accueil jeune et pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. On accueil pas d'un simple "bonjour" Comme dans un ibis budget mais un " Bonjour monsieur bienvenue" serai plus adapté. ”

“Gréât staff at the hotel. Special thanks to Brice. Wonderful view from room overlooking the chateau of Carcassonne. Location is good, can walk to the Chateau in 5 to 10 minutes. Short walk of 5 minutes to Place Carnot for restaurants. ”

“Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Lovely view of the castle, good breakfast. The only thing was floor lamp didn’t work, we mentioned it at the reception but never been fixed while we stayed 4 nights. Otherwise all good! ”
