“This is a fantastic place to stay, accessible only with a car, about 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Beautiful setting, comfortable modern room with lots of space and amenities. Amazing breakfast (best croissant I had in france), very accomodating staff.”

“Run down hotel double charged me at check out and did not respond to my emails asking for a refund. At check out the elderly receptionist was confused and could not see that I already pre-paid via hotels.com. So I was forced to pay 680 euro again. I called 2 times, and emailed with documentation 3 times, only to get the info that she did not get my emails. But after……
