“When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. “Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. ”

“Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight.”

“This property is very run down and poorly maintained. The staff are very courteous and kind but know they are in a loosing situation. Examples; no wifi on upper floors, the elevator only worked sporadically, the carpets and walls in the halls and rooms was stained and damaged, the lobby restaurant is very limited. This facility needs to go to a new Hotelier that can get it back into shape as it is in a good location. ”
