Under major construction…was going to leave my truck while we traveled but quickly rethought in seeing all the construct debris and traffic. Wish I would have known prior to reservation. We would have DEFINITELY stayed elsewhere

I would not recommend staying at this property. It’s currently under renovations and only one floor is being used. Thankfully we only booked one night. There was nobody working at the property most of the time. We were lucky to find someone to check us in when we arrived. When we got to our room the room dirty. Looked like someone sprayed pop all over the inside of the entry door. Dark soda splatter all over door and wall. There was dried up pasta in one corner of the room and Cheeto stains on the window shades. Shower had broken metal shelves that looked like a safety hazard. We were told that breakfast was downstairs from 630-9am. Went downstairs during that time and no workers and no breakfast were to be found. Several others were down there as well looking for a worker. Nobody was at the front desk and nobody answered the phone when we called the hotels direct phone number. Nobody was running the hotel today. We weren’t the only ones that had issues. We talked to several others in the lobby with similar issues that day. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel. The hotel is currently under going renovations and the whole first floor is gutted. Which is fine but we didn’t know that when we booked this hotel. Still not a big deal but lack of services, workers and cleanliness were my biggest issues.

The downstairs lobby was all torn apart. One room we reserved the bed was not put properly on frame and a person could cut themselves on it as it stuck out. Missing shade and curtain by bed. Check in was rough as we had to wait about 40 minutes to check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Read reviews from April-May 2025. The hotel is under construction and they have NO STAFF. I was put in a room that was dirty and unsafe. I had to make my own sofa bed on a mattress that should have been in the trash! DO NOT STAY HERE! I even filed a claim with insurance because I checked out of pre paid next 5 nights and had to book a new set of rooms in other hotels.

Booked a Jacuzzi suite for 2 nights got to the property to be told by Heather they had given our room away due to a mix up with Expedia we had to stay in a queen room. they were remodeling the lobby , had no contential breakfast , drywall dust everywhere , we spoke to Robert the next morning and we got our correct room the second day but we paid extra for a suite to relax and got kinda jipped

The staff was great - they were handling a not so good situation as well as possible. The hotel was undergoing a significant upgrade in the rooms, so the lobby was in a state of construction with no floor finishes (just concrete) columns were exposed, etc. No breakfast as advertised to speak of. As well, the shower apparently had not been cleaned, as I saw hair of a different color and length in various places. Needs help.

Unfortunately the property was undergoing major renovations during our stay. The sound of the jack hammer being used to destroy the tile in the dining room area was overwhelmingly loud and disruptive. The hotel should consider notifying its visitors of major construction taking place prior or consider closing until this is complete.

They are remodeling. My room had door knob missing between rooms with a wash cloth cover in it. Only 1 trash can and no room service and we were there 3 nights. Morning breakfast was empty and missing basic supplies no jelly for toast etc. It's going to look nice when done. I would up my game on breakfast and room cleaning.
