“The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The front desk employee who assisted me was at check in was Shower. She was a delightful person and extremely welcoming. The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. A wonderful experience all around.”

“We chose this hotel to be close to the ballpark and it was a 10-15 minute walk, which was great. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel, so it was nice to just leave the car with the valet and forget about it. The staff was pleasant, the complimentary brunch was plentiful and hot. Our only hitch was at check in: got there at 4:00 (check in is at 3:00) and our room wasn’t ready. When we headed to the ballpark at 5:30, still didn’t have a room, so we left our bags behind……

“The bathroom ceiling had hair all over it along with the bathroom walls. Like a lot of hair. It was a non smoking room but the smell of smoke hung in the air. The staff was amazing and I like the laundry room was pretty clean. My only gripe would be the that the bathroom just was not clean ”

“Came to hotel at 4pm, room wasn't ready for us til 450pm. After driving 7hrs having to wait an extra 50mins to pee and relax wasn't what we expected. ”
