“My husband and I have traveled all around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels of all time. The attention to detail is incredible, and the staff is amazing. The hotel itself is not only a piece of history but a work of art. I would go back to Cincinnati again simply to stay here. “The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The front desk employee who assisted me was at check in was Shower. She was a delightful person and extremely welcoming.
