“We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex. The listing wasn't clear that we would have two bedrooms AND two baths but that was a nice surprise. Pools were extremely well managed and water was conditioned perfectly. “Nice one bedroom condo just a short walk from the beach. Loved that the owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, etc… Bed was super comfortable! Communication with owner was easy and she was very responsive. Only issue was that I wasn’t able to access the balcony due to construction that started at 8:00 a.m. every morning. When I contacted the owner, she apologized and stated she did not know that would be going on. She offered a small refund which I appreciated! ”
