“Loved the location, walking distance to beach and even grocery store and outlet mall! I enjoyed biking from the cottage. Bike lanes and bike paths to Port Washington State Park along with off road Singletrack trails in the park. We were there during the January snowstorm but it was -19F at our home in Minnesota, so no problems there. The unit could use a few updates, but it worked well. ”

“Upon arrival, we were very impressed with how clean everything was! All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen & living room. House was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. Communication with host was very fast and friendly! We are looking forward to coming back! ”

“This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it! If we come back to ft Walton I know where we will be staying. 😊”

“The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We were 2 families for a total 7 people with 3 kids ranging from 9-15. The cottage was perfect for all of us! The 2 youngest loved having their own twin bed vs. bunk beds. The location to the beach was perfect and a very manageable walk for all of us. It would be hard to drag a wagon so our backpack cooler came in handy. We loved the chair service as well! The proximity to the pool was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Shelley is super responsive! Check out was……

“This property was very clean and well maintained! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The fishing in the lake behind the house was not great but it was very windy during our stay in October so that could be part of the reason. We loved being able to use the golf cart to drive to the beach and Baytowne wharf! This was our second stay in the sandestin resort and we are very pleased with the location. ”

“The cottage was perfect for our stay and the golf cart was a huge bonus! Hardly left the resort, everything you needed (food, drinks, entertainment, beach, pools, activities, etc.) were all on the resort and accessible by a fun golf cart ride. Beatiful resort & accomodations, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!”
