“Good service. They had just had a power outage the night before I got there. BIG storm. Many of their systems were still down. Could't make a room key, stuff like that. But they still gave me great service. Had to walk me to my room each time I came and went to let me in. they really went the extra mile. ”

“Clean, warm, confortable, inviting, relaxing, quiet, everything a travler could need was in the house. The staf is friendly and the breakfast was good, served in the restaurant on the property. I wish we could have satayed longer.”

“Great location and easily walkable. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Only downside is there is no parking so you either have to search or use the valet. We used the valet which was fine but if we wanted to get in our car we had no idea where it was so unload everything you might want to have with you in hotel room. Valet was quick and courteous.”

“The property is very near the waterfront and downtown attractions. The night desk person was super helpful when we arrived very late due to a delayed train. ”
