“We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn in N Huntingdon. We were in town for a wedding and we met with family (and small children) in the lobby for several hours the night before. The hotel staff were very accommodating. I was able to use the gym and found all the equipment in good order and clean. I works absolute stay here again. BUT do not book through Hotels.com. That site was a disaster”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️”

I really can’t say enough good stuff about this place! the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are always super clean, and the property is beautiful. the landscaping is gorgeous and the overall atmosphere is so homey, old school, and SAFE!!! the road can be a big noisey at times.. but it is on a main road, so that’s to be expected! see ya’ll next year!!! :)”
