“Every time that I went to go ring the doorbell in order to speak to the front desk I had to be there like 10 or 15 minutes because they would fall asleep so there wasn’t anybody to talk to until they woke up”
“The staff at this facility is remarkable. Due to flight delays I had to check back in. Without transportation, they offered to shuttle me to the nearby shipping center for clean clothes. Afterwords they picked me up at a nearby restaurant. My new flight left at 4:30 am and they shuttled me to the airport at 3:15 am. I am so thankful for their kindness and consideration. This is the reason I stay at Home 2 Suites everywhere I travel. ”
