“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. “The hotel staff were wonderful. Each morning the staff helped me navigate to the meeting sites for my tours. They contacted a bus company on my behalf when I had departure site questions.
