“I sincerely enjoyed my stay at Hotel Maddaloni. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The room and surrounding grounds were immaculate. In fact, I took advantage of my room’s large balcony and inspiring views by sitting outside and writing. While being close to an expressway (perfect for those with a car), the hotel is especially quiet. There’s a market within walking distance and the train/bus station is just a 15-minute drive away. “Jättefint och superlugnt boende en kort promenad från utgrävningarnas entre. Smakfulla rum och trevlig personal. Gratis parkering. Ett jätteminus dock för att någon (gissningsvis personalen) röker i anslutning till matsalen där man äter frukost, så äckligt. Inte lite röklukt utan superstark, som ett rökrum. Samma på middagen på kvällen så nog ingen engångsföreteelse. ”

“Im B&ab von Raffaele haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Er ist sehr nett und kommunikativ und gibt viele praktische Tipps für die Highlights vor Ort. Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr üppig mit frischen - typisch italienischen- Gebäck und starkem Kaffe. Kaffe kann man sich auch tagsüber selbst machen, auch die schöne Aussicht des Balkons genießen. Es sieht alles so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es gab sogar bei 5 Nächten 1x cleaning und Wäschewechsel. Die online Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Ein……

“Loved that we could walk to Pompei ruins”

“All in all the room was really nice. Very clean and comfortable, and really conveniently located just a few mins walk from one of the entrances to the pompei ruins. However the 4 flights of stairs to get up to the top floor where all of their rooms are was a lot with luggage in tow, and the parking lot was an amusement park that didnt take cards. It was a nice place to park all in all, but having to walk almost a mile to find the nearest atm was a bit rough. I just wish we had been informed……
