“Excellent hotel. Gorgeously appointed. Lovely room. Had a bit of trouble getting service. One day they didn’t clean our room despite saying they were sending someone. Another time our request for shampoo/conditioner (which weren’t stocked when we arrived to the room) never arrived. Otherwise lovely. ”
