“The property was located in a very good area and the property manager was very responsive. ”

“Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. Another reason we left early was we could hear the Property manager talking loudly with his wife late into the night. Other things of note include that……

“We had a good stay overall — the house is spacious, well-located, and has a lot of potential. The common areas were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the amenities. That said, there are a few things that could use attention. Most notably, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. A few maintenance issues also need to be addressed to improve the experience. With some updates, this could be an excellent rental.”
