“This property was a perfect get a way. Our absolute favorite thing was opening all the blinds and just looking out of the windows. The view was spectacular. We didnt turn the tv on at all. We love the ease of walking to the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio. Can not wait to return.”

The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone room to spread out. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The little ones could be sleeping upstairs while the adult visited downstairs. “The house if very large and accommodating. All 6 of us had a room, but some rooms have 2 beds so they can easily accommodate more. It was very windy outside, so we didn't get a chance to use the outdoors. However, very large and ample enough for a large family to relax. Distance from the strip and the airport is a short ride. You are off the strip which made it quiet. Cul-de-sac parking and driveway parking. The host Joseph is quick to answer any questions prior to getting there. Large towels……

“Very clean and super spacious house. Perfect for multiple couples/family with 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Check-in instructions clear and easy. Attached garage convenient. Landscaping & pool area very attractive. It was easy to Uber to downtown area rather than use our rental car. Golfing in the area and we did a day trip to Hoover Dam, the West Rim Skywalk & Nelson ghost town.Communication was very responsive.”

“The house was really nice and perfect for our family. We had some issues getting checked in but the owner was responsive and helped us get in. We only had to contact him one other time when we had issues getting but it was resolved immediately. Definitely recommend this home! ”

“The 4th year we have stayed with Sigrid at her beautiful house. We come out to Vegas to play golf, then we are in the pool all afternoon, and grill up dinner. Sigrid is always welcoming, caring and responsive. The location is far from the Strip but that is what we are after. We'll be back next year, and the year after that and the year after that. ”

“The house was not well maintained at all. It felt very clear that the owner is trying to make as much profit as possible, and skimped on every detail. 1) Undisclosed surveillance cameras pointing directly at the pool and all around the house, breaking VRBO policies - then when we complained, they said they had no idea?!2) Stunk like vomit the whole time, probably issue with the drains3) Dishwasher broken and leaking, major headache for a house full of people4) Not enough cutlery or crockery,……

“Ari is easy to work with and responsive. We had to check in slightly early to drop off bags and dogs to make room in the car for airport pickups of family members. Ari was very accommodating about this. The property was clean and dog friendly. The house is well-stocked and the A/C works well. We used both the pool and spa several times during our stay and really enjoyed using the backyard. It is conveniently located whether you are a fan of the Strip or Red Rocks. The house is easily the nicest……
