“The Host Gary was so hospitable and gave us a thorough tour of the home. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable about where everything was and how to use the hot tub, pool, temperature. It was an easy drive into The Strip, and affordable for everyone who came. We purchased food and cooked it at home - a reminder to bring what you need for it! Loved that it had 2 fridges and freezers. The casita was great for those who wanted their own space. ”

“The pool was great, there were trees and bushes over the pool that helped to keep it livable even with 113 degree heat. It was very cooling to use the pool. We had 18 people use the property and we had enough chairs, beds etc.”

Especially in the mornings and evenings it was quite cold (although ot was very hot during the day). Great kitchen for cooking. With a car you are in the city within 10 minutes. ”

“I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. In other words, more than 5 couples with children exceeds the permitted capacity. And after that, no refund is……

“Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. ”

The kitchen was great, though there were a few things I would expect in a "fully stocked" kitchen that weren't there (nothing major, but there weren't dish towels for drying, hot pads, or measuring cups/ spoons).
