“My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!”

“My family came to town to visit and stayed at this property. The communication with the host, Kris, was very prompt, friendly, and very easy. The house was comfortable and spacious, and most importantly-- clean. They said they would stay there again. The supplies could use some stocking, but again as soon as I mentioned to the host, they were quick to send over some extra necessities. ”

“Strengths: Great communicator, easy check-in, very spacious, get location, clean, comfortable beds, and all the major utilities work, ample parking, safe, good wifi and TV, quiet even though it is near a highway--really luxurious property Areas to improve: a lot of little repairs are needed--screens, ceiling fans, air conditioner, lights in some rooms. If you have a big family (there were 7 of adults), it is very good.”

“My friends and I booked this stay so we could visit Six Flags Great Adventure, and the location was perfect distance from the park. Great for a group of 5 or 6, communication with the manager was a bit disjointed but she was friendly and helpful when we arrived. ”

“The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town.”

The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. ”

“Made a last minute trip to Princeton to be there with my college student. The home is quiet and fully remodeled and newly furnished with a fenced in backyard. It is on a busy road, so be sure to use GPS to find the driveway, but has ample off street parking. Wonderful stay!”

“5 adults over Christmas. Fireplace worked well. No problem with hot water with 5 people. Double bed in one room tilted to one side. Resolved by stuffing many pillows under mattress to level bed. Few towels and dishtowels. washer and dryer superb. Great place for our Golden Retriever. Door to back yard passes cold air so heat is on most of the time. Furnaced worked real well. Safety alert:front and back porched are tiled. THEY are very slippery. We had to put rubber yoga mats on……
