“Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The home itself was charming, the neighborhood was very friendly, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. The photos don't lie it's a little slice of heaven nestled in St. Louis. Connor went above and beyond to make our trip seamless he checked in with us on our way into town, personally introduced himself shortly after we arrived, and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Everything about this experience was smooth,……

“I stayed for approximately 2 1/2 months and I had a great experience. The owner is very nice and respectful and the property was what I expected. The area is very nice and safe. Close to downtown but not too close and lots of places in the area.”

“The apartment worked well for our family, was clean, and adequately stocked with supplies. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain during our stay, so walking to the Delmar loop wasn't an option, and there weren't many restaurants or places to shop less than a mile away. Also, it was too early in the season for the trolley. The Metrolink was close-by, so we were able to get downtown easily.”

“My husband, my 2 year old son and I had a great stay here. Clean, well-kept, and private. We enjoyed time at the outdoor pool and lounge area. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and had good variety. Noise level in hallways during late night hours were quite audible in the living area, however not noticeable from the bedroom. Overall would recommend.”

“This was an excellent stay. We found the property with no issue; we had a small mix up with the door code and it was fixed very quickly! Great stay and would Highly recommend!”

“Good location for getting around to locations all over St. Louis. Walkable to metro link stop and parts of Forest Park! Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! Replied quickly to any messages.”

“It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place……

“Please put in light blocking curtains for the two bedrooms! There is too much light for just blinds. This is a great property, small footprint but the AC was reliable and the apartment is very quiet. It could also use a chain for the front door in addition to the combination lock.”

"I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small cake, some snacks. Friendly to pets, only $25/per each time up to 3 days"
