“When we first got there, the attendant couldn't find our reservation. We were quoted 3 different prices for the room. The next day the manager actually came to our room and offered a refund of he difference between the price that we booked here and the price we were charged. Overall they took care of the mix up ”

“Room smelled very bad and smell is in all my belongings that were in the room.”

“Room was clean and adequately cleaned daily. Some street noise due to location off busy road. Front desk staff lacked personality and was less than welcoming. I arrived prior to check in and made it known I had no expectations of getting a room. The clerk said few words including a couple under his breath. He tossed my ID and credit card back through the window and room key shortly there after. I had to ask for the room number and was not given any info on the lay of the property. ”
