“Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water……

“We stayed here June 2-6, 2025 during our kids' sports competition. The house has everything you need for your stay. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The backyard by the river is awesome for relaxing and grilling after a long day at the field. The kids loved the game room upstairs to unwind. The upstairs rooms had portable ac units in each room so you could set the temp to your preference. Plenty of room for our family of 4 one teenager and one almost teenager. Could easily……

“This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.”

“We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.”

“If you are looking for a nice place to stay in New Hampton, this house fits the bill. The house was clean, well maintained, and well equipped for our weekend stay. It is an older home that has been redone, but still has a lot of charm (think wooden built-ins, etc.). We would stay here again. ”

“Property was perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. There is a door that shuts before the staircase, which was nice with kids. We didn’t have to have a baby gate. No issues with noise from brewery below. We would definitely stay again.”

“The loft was perfect for our family. Kitchen was limited but since we were in town visiting family, it wasn't really needed. There was plenty of space for our family. Well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive and attentive. Great stay! ”
