“We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Hill House on Hubert. It is a lovely house with everything you need for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend away. The decor is contemporary with cozy accents. Saundra has everything you need at the house whether you want to stay in and cook or head out to a local eatery. Her listing of things to do is a great touch. The sauna and hot tub are perfect for unwinding. The collection of records is eclectic for any musical taste. We had our dogs with us and there are……

“We rented the cottage because we needed a place to stay as we were seeing Phish play at Bethel all 3 nights . The cottage was perfect , clean ,cozy and quiet . Loved the out side !! And the Hot tub was icing in the cake !!!! ”

We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

“Myself and my partner really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the smaller half of Brook Cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is plenty spacious for two, nicely presented and very well furnished and equipped. There was nothing lacking. The cottage is set back from the road so was nice and quiet. We didn’t use the patio because of the chilly early April weather, but that too was a nice space. Located at the top end of town, it was only a short walk to shops and restaurants.……
