“The Hosts checked in on us ahead of arrival which was appreciated. The location was perfect for our stay and the building was very quiet which suited us perfectly, much better than a hotel! We had everything we needed for our stay.”

The complimentary breakfast was great, and I love that we had a kitchenette so we could save some money and make our own lunches. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It was everything I could ask for for a great price. ”

“Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”

“We had a great stay. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. There were stains on the white couch covers when we arrived and some of the kitchen spoons in the container on the counter still had food on them from the previous person, but Overall it was a great stay and we will be back. ”
