Listing on VRBO did not disclose there is a tenant living in the basement so you don’t have the house to yourself. Also does not disclose quiet hours. Would be helpful to also add a host book with WiFi code, but our 5G worked fine. Also VRBO has listed as 1 bedroom, but it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Some work to do to communicate expectations, but I’m sure that will come with time. Would……

“The suite was clean and outfitted well. Touches like dishes for our dog and a dog bed, coffee and sugar and seasonings were appreciated. Our only concern had to do with the rough driveway as the suite was advertised as accessible. My brother who was with us had a sprained ankle and had trouble with the driveway and step going into the suite and bathroom. ”
