“Its really cozy and comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, awesome accommodation, older house in an older established neighborhood. Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on next visit.”

Extra toothbrushes were provided if you needed them with other bathroom products, plenty of towels for two, lots of cooking options. (Also, it is not the house with the carport, it is further back from the road than I realized and tried to get into another BnB/Vrbo before I realized I was at the wrong one)”

“Had great communication with property owner prior to the stay up today of check-in. House was very comfortable inside and and front porch allowed for leisurely sitting. Backyard was spacious and allowed for large group gatherings . All necessities included, the house is a great gathering spot.”

“This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. “The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and well stocked. The only thing I could complain about has nothing to do with the home, and the property manager was very nice. However the road to get to property was quite a trip. Very curvy and busy. Otherwise our stay was great. ”
