We enjoyed dining/happy hour/ reading on our balcony with a symphony of sounds unsurpassed. The condo itself is beyond comfortable. It has every amenity you can think of. Above and beyond any rental you will ever find. Host was fantastic as well as his property manager. There is so much to do in this area. Best vacation ever! Thank you! ”

“WE wanted a get a way and rented this property for 3 weeks. We had short visits from our three children and families and the rest of the time we enjoyed being together alone. We found the location to be very well located for many activities, venues, restaurants and vistas. We loved watching the falls and a pair of white squirrels which decided to visit while we were there. Morning coffee on the porch was delightful and wine in the evening was a special treat.. “This is a great condo for a family getaway. It has tons of space to spread out and we loved having a bathroom attached to all three bedrooms. The condo was clean and well-equipped and both check-in and out were smooth and easy. The location was perfect for us too, quiet and off the main strip but easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. ”

“The condo was roomy and provided a good stay for us. It is on the edge of town. Expect about a 15 minute walk to get into the shops in town.We didn't get a welcome email or any communication from the property manager, so we had to go through the reservation details to figure out the unit number and how to get in, as well as the check-out process, but that was simple enough to figure out.”

“This property was the perfect rental for our five nights stay in Sapphire, North Carolina. All the beautiful walking trails and waterfalls were within a short drive, the farmers market and tons of restaurants were about a five minute drive away and beautiful Lake. Fairfield was just a walk down the hill. The two-story townhouse had a lovely porch off the living room where we sit many evenings and enjoyed our wine.
