“We did struggle to find the property because we arrived after dark, but we didn’t feel unsafe driving around the area. The house was very nice, had everything we needed and was updated and modern. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a bedroom on the main floor for my mom who couldn’t do stairs. We had a slight issue with the AC but the host was gracious enough to come take care of it right away. I would stay again anytime! ”

“Our family went to the children’s museum and zoo and both were very close to the home. The house had basic necessities including toothbrushes and toothpaste, extra towels, & plenty of cooking utensils. Our needs were met with this place! So close to the stadium and downtown!”

“This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy. ”

“Nice option vs. a hotel. Clean, nice garage parking space and overall vey quaint! I would stay here again if given the opportunity!”

“Came to Indy for basketball tournament with friends. Easy uber back/fourth from amica center and downtown. House was as advertised, clean and had lots of nice amenities but neighborhood looked like it was in early stages of regentrification. Best to drive or uber and not walk. Would definitely stay again.”

“Very nice large home and area! Little outdated and odd not to have any usb/usb-c/smart plugs for devices/phones anywhere in 2500 square feet especially for 2025. Large garden tub and towel warmer were a treat after long days of driving/spending time with family. Something also not listed in description was that the owner’s car was parked outside in driveway most of our stay. At first we thought it was someone else in driveway but then found out it was the owner’s car. Then we were wondering if……

“Stayed here with a group of students. Great location with tons of parking in the back, off the streets. Safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. We were expecting there to be more cooking supplies, but it seemed to be mostly odds and ends. No pot holders or rubber spatulas. Could only find one dish towel. We also didn't initially notice that all of the heat from the oven can escape to the bottom drawer of the oven (where the cookie sheets are kept). Therefore, when we……
