“This property is fantastic! We needed a place to stay near the Indiana Convention Center and this place did not disappoint. It is walkable to downtown or over to Fountain Square. Being close to this two locations gives you access to some great food options! The unit was very clean, well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the shower came with amenities and there were even 2 brand new toothbrushes in case we needed them. We hope to stay here again on our next business trip to Indy. Can't say……

“Extremely pleased with our stay! Great communication, very quick to respsond! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft (which is hard to come by!) Parking was a little tight (we had a longer truck). Would definitely recommend! ”

“Great space near downtown. Very cozy and clean. Truly the only complaint was that the heat/house was only at 34 degrees when we arrived (it was only 40 degrees outside) and we were absolutely freezing most of the night even after turning up the heat when we arrived. We had some of the best Mexican food ever from a nearby restaurant, Loco something...just up the road. Very quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for privacy. ”

We appreciated the kitchen and all the basics were there like charging stations, pans, dishsoap etc. The host was responsive and overall it was a good stay. Furniture and appliances, TV etc are modern and in good shape. For us, we would have appreciated if there was a boot tray and place to hang our coats in the hall.
