“This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh.”

“If we could give this rental and host more stars, we would! The host Jamie, was so sweet. She was very understanding and compassionate with all our flight changes, and answer all my questions promptly. But the house…This historic house was sooo beautiful, my family and I loved it! The pictures listed on the site don’t do it enough justice. The house has a rustic modern feel to it with the appliances and furnishings, but you still see and feel the history of the home! My family can’t wait to rent……

“We have stayed here a few times and I am always amazed at the value. The room is attractive and clean. I think it may be time to replace the bed in the room we were in though. ”
